Jingyuan AGV is mainly used for automatic identification, transportation and storage of films, semi-parts, and molding materials in production lines, three-dimensional warehouses or plane warehouses, and forming machines in the tire production process. Its handling tooling is diverse, there are 8 types of material tooling for trolleys and louvered vehicles, with weights ranging from 1000KG to 4000KG, and lifting heights of 1.5 meters, 2.7 meters, 6 meters, etc.
During this process, Jingyuan technical team designs suitable AGVs according to the size, structure, bearing center of gravity, etc. of these tooling/trolleys. Under the scheduling of the AGV system, orderly transportation between different tooling, different loads, and different processes is realized, as well as different areas. intelligent warehouse management. The use of AGV has replaced 3 stackers and conveyor lines for entering and leaving the warehouse, saving more than 3 million yuan in costs for the enterprise.
